For our second preliminary task we had to create a short clip using multiple different camera shots. The clip was of a throwing knife fight involving two girls who had previously had a feud. The clip starts of with an establishing long shot, showing the two characters and the background. A mid shot is then panned over both of the characters faces, showing in more detail what is happening and their facial expressions. The camera then slowly pans the girls face and then speeds up as the knife is thrown. An over the shoulder shot is then used to see her stabbing the girl. Then, a mid shot is used to see the stabbing action, but no physical contact. A time lapse is then used to see the girl run off.
